Eplefesten

The apple festival was in Gvarv this last Saturday. My razor decided it was going all suicidal on me Friday so I ran to the store early Saturday (read: when they open) and bought the cheapest razor I could find. It is a turd and horribly expensive but will get me through. On the plus side, it runs Euro current. w00t.

I then hooked up with team Finland and we hitch hiked from Bø to Gvarv. The enterance to the festival ended up being kr. 100, ouch..not really worth it in my opinion but considering I did not burn any fuel to get there and I ate free cake and bread-on-a-stick it was acceptable. The event was rather small but it was fun hanging out. There was a children's choir, apple band, apple dance, and apple art.
Apple art.
I rode out to the horse track and rifle range here in town..well, up near Eikjabygda
Yes, fall is here.
This is part of campus and one of the clubs in town, Kroa
Kurt had too much dumpster food so we grilled it last night. Meat for days...
We had a wildly windy day on Friday that blew out leaves from trees.
I can actually sort of see on my way to Grivi now in the dark, but just sort of.
Trees be changing.
