Korvapuusti

So all of a sudden school picked up. I have a paper due in Ecophilosophy on the 13th but will be in Oslo this coming week so I have to knock it out maybe today. Oral exam in Norwegian on Tuesday. Written and listening exam in Norwegian on Thursday in addition to the regular weekly assignments. I also have a project and paper to get going with in the Telemark Identity class. No worries.

There was an October market on Saturday here in Bø. Not much to it really other than small goods to buy. Pretty typical street fair kind of thing. There were even entrepreneurial kids selling toy cars. Highlight for me was probably seeing a massive Irish Wolfhound.

Yesterday was Kanelbolle Dag or Korvapuusti or Cinnamon Bun day in Finland and Sweden. We made cinnamon rolls from scratch and they are amazing.
Some friends and I made it into the "Asian Mart" here in town. They actually carry a lot of interesting food things from around the world.
Maybe some people should not try and grow things...
Viking mead in the most girlie cup imaginable. Ridiculous.
Breisås area
Have a good Sunday folks.
Lamb for dinner tonight.
