Ær'e hær'e er party

Yes.
Last weekend a good chunk of the family had the chance to ride the trains at Elbe up to their museum yard. It was absolutely fantastic. The raw power of these engines was incredible. James has his version of the weekend HERE. I took a sweet video directly in front of the engine but I guess my phone is too old now to upload video. Wrong formatting or something. The best part was seeing Papa up in the engine at the end, swapping the thing around for watering and the new riders heading up after we were down.
Several parties of the Easter weekend around Parkland and PLU. Those were great.
Then there is this fancy kid. He has taken Norway by storm with his unending charm. Talking about how he is the ladies man and how he will be coming into the party. There is cake.
"It is here there is the party?"

On Sunday I ran down to the parent's house and had Easter dinner with..the parents of course, and Mom's parents. The cats came too.

At work we have taken down the Sami exhibit and our new exhibition is more or less up. We have additional pieces to add in the next couple weeks. Opening was this last Monday.
I gave another talk with my partner on the Chipewyan people. This go around was on literary art. The previous presentation was largely an ethnography. Next presentation will be on current issues facing the nation.

I am busy. I have another presentation on Tuesday on Scandinavian Design. That too is with a partner.

Today I am driving to Spokane for Michael's bachelor party. Monday I have a test.

PLU is nearly done.
Double edged.
A lot of friends are heading back to yurp...
