Puyallup To Orting

This upcoming week is going to be busy. I am attending a speech for veterans day by one of my roommates (Jeremy-Army) on Monday then right to classes...Wednesday is typical and totally packed with the addition of an academic advising meeting to determine J term, Spring semester and the possibility of study in Norway in the future...oh, there is a paper due Wednesday as well for music. On Thursday I can register for J term and spring classes. I have a presentation on the gospel of Luke on Thursday evening. Friday has class and a presentation being put on in regards to Oslo. I am planning to attend. This week is going to fly.

I have ironed out the topic and more or less have a thesis for the stupid religion paper. I have to be honest; other than getting sources I am probably not going to touch it until next weekend.

Today I rode the foothills trail from Puyallup to Orting and back. If I have ever been in Orting I do not remember it. It is a nice little town that I would not mind checking out again. I snapped one picture of a neat old farm house:
Everything was pretty socked in towards Orting but I guess Rainier is "right there" from the main drag(s).

When I got back to my truck I raced back to my place to drop the bike off then made it in time for the screening of The Cuckoo which was fantastic. There was a short discussion afterwards. My advisor and professor, Troy Storfjell, was there as he has written papers on this film in the past.

Time to get some food going for dinner.
