Mt. Si, Ja

Well I suppose it was at least a week or two ago I summited Mt. Si.
It was on a very clear day, as you will see in the pictures, making for incredible views. I made it to the top and back down to the parking area in under 5 hours which is about what I had expected. I learned my hiking time to mountain size ratio in Norway. I kept it at a pretty good clip and did not spend as long as I would have liked on the top only because I was being eaten alive by mosquitoes! The hike ranges everything from flat to totally vertical. It was incredible.

This is not from the top. Simply a quick pause. That is I90 you see.
Rainier

Pride Rock

The Spire
A couple of panoramas

So this is the view from the top...The Olympics, Seattle, Lake Washington, Bellevue, Issaquah, the highlands, North bend, etc...epic.

All that would make it better would be Franzl Lang at the top waiting for me, lol
